The board is made up of 3 industry leaders with a mix of technology, federal consulting, and business management acumen. Jay Challa is an accomplished business leader, technology executive, and entrepreneur. In his notable 30-year career in information technology (IT) and engineering consulting, he co-founded and sold Ace Info Solutions (AceInfo), an IT services firm that serves Federal agencies. Jay currently provides management and business consulting services through his strategic consulting company, Shivar Consultants. He also brings his business and technology expertise and acumen to his appointed position on the Virginia Small Business Commission.

Tony Smeraglinolo has over 30 years of experience driving transformation and customer-centric growth strategies within the Government Services industry. Most recently, Smeraglinolo was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Engility Corporation (NYSE: EGL), a $2.1 billion leading provider of best-in-class training capabilities, specialized technical consulting, program and business support services, engineering and technology lifecycle support, and supply chain and logistics management services. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer after leading the spin-off of Engility from L-3 in 2012.

She previously served as CEO and Board Member for Berico Technologies, an analytic software development and cloud engineering company, leading its growth and ultimate sale to Novetta.
