The event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with leading government agencies and showcase how our AI, data, and optimized workflow solutions are driving innovation, cost savings, and efficiency. 

With the theme “Put AI to Work for Government,” we were proud to present our cutting-edge solutions, including: 

• AI-powered Concierge in ServiceNow: Simplifying complex workflows and enhancing user satisfaction. 

• Streamlined Deployment with Harness Pipelines for ServiceNow: Featuring robust governance and compliance tools and capabilities. 

We also showcased several ServiceNow use cases, including: 

• Smart Summarization: Instantly summarizing customer interactions for faster incident resolution. 

• Knowledge Search: Effortlessly searching and accessing knowledge base articles using Now Assist. 

• Security Automation: Automating security incident response and resolution in Now Assist’s Security Incident Response Workspace. 

• Automated Knowledge Creation: Using Now Assist to generate new knowledge base articles from incident details, automating the creation of vital resources for future incidents. 

It was a privilege to meet and interact with several prominent leaders who visited our booth. Sky Solutions was represented by CEO Anil Boinapalli, Liane Christopher – Director of Delivery, Mohit Sheoran – Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations, apart from our ServiceNow experts and project leads. 

Attendees learned how Sky Solutions leverages AI within ServiceNow to improve user experiences, reduce resolution times, and empower federal agencies to deploy secure, seamless updates across all ServiceNow environments.
